  1. Prescription Review & Order Processing
    All prescription medication orders placed through Lumen Meds are subject to review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider.
    Orders are processed only after a prescription has been clinically approved.
    Once approved, the prescription is transmitted to a licensed U.S. pharmacy partner for fulfillment.
    Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
  2. Fulfillment by Licensed Pharmacy Partners
    Lumen Meds partners exclusively with licensed and credentialed U.S. pharmacies to dispense and ship prescription medications in compliance with all applicable federal and state pharmacy laws.
    All medications are dispensed and shipped directly by the pharmacy.
    Lumen Meds does not compound, dispense, or ship medications.
    The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for packaging, labeling, and carrier selection.
  3. Shipping Method & Delivery Timeframes
    GLP-1 Medications
    All GLP-1 medications are shipped using 1-Day (Next-Business-Day) Delivery to ensure medication integrity and timely patient access.
    Shipping Method: 1-Day / Next-Business-Day Delivery
    Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other licensed medical-grade carriers selected by the pharmacy
    Delivery Area: United States only
    Once a prescription is approved and released to the pharmacy, orders typically ship within 1 business day and arrive the following business day.
    Shipments do not occur on weekends or federal holidays unless otherwise determined by the dispensing pharmacy.
  4. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs, including 1-day delivery, are either:
    Included in the program or membership price, or
    Clearly disclosed at checkout prior to payment confirmation
    Any applicable shipping fees are presented before the order is finalized.
  5. Tracking & Shipping Notifications
    Once an order ships, customers will receive a confirmation email that includes:
    The shipping carrier
    A tracking number
    An estimated delivery date
    Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours after shipment pickup by the carrier.
  6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
    While Lumen Meds works with licensed pharmacies and reliable carriers, shipping delays or disruptions may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
    If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received:
    Contact Lumen Meds Support promptly.
    We will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy and carrier to assist with resolution where appropriate.
    Lumen Meds is not responsible for carrier delays but will provide reasonable assistance in addressing delivery issues.
  7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
    Shipping address changes or order modifications must be requested immediately after placing an order.
    Changes cannot be guaranteed once the prescription has entered fulfillment or shipping.

  8. Returns & Refunds
    Due to the nature of prescription medications:
    Prescription medications cannot be returned once shipped, except as required by law.
    If an order is incorrect, damaged, or dispensed in error, please contact Customer Support for assistance in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  9. Shipping Restrictions
    Prescription medications are shipped only within the United States
    International shipping is not available
    Certain medications may require temperature-controlled or specialty packaging, which is handled by the dispensing pharmacy.
